This variation adapts the iconic, 70-year-old Snow Brand 6P formula into a highly aromatic snacking experience. It incorporates “Hojun Gouda”—a savory Gouda cheese matured using the company’s proprietary lactic acid bacteria—and infuses it with a prominent, savory smoked wood aroma. Rather than being heavily smoked on the outside, the smoky essence is blended smoothly throughout the entire wedge. It maintains a firm, easily sliceable texture and is optimized specifically as an otsumami (drinking snack) to cut through the richness of beer, whiskey, or bold red wines.
